In nature nothing is considered as being « new » or « worn out », everything is constantly evolving.
What if objects were designed to evolve, just like the person that uses it? Moreover, what if they would get value the more we use them? Objects not static and silent, but telling an evolving story.
An ordinary white bistro-type chair. Through using the object, the white skin would get worn revealing its second skin made out of gold. The chair starts white and virgin-like and after a few months it would testifies of its past, reinforcing the relation between the user and the chair.
